[ISSUE] UI glitches in top right icons, Live mode

i had the same issue, i removed better build buy from my mods and the issue was gone.  [Luth: I've edited the topic title to make this a catch-all thread for this category of UI glitching]

    For other players, this is the glitching that can be caused by Better BuildBuy, which has been updated:

    Similar glitching is caused by mods that alter UI colour.

    If you remove all mods and delete localthumbcache and still have this glitching, please update your game for the Feb. 28 hotfix patch.
