Issues after update - help please!

After updating the most recent one on EA, I've been having issues with my game! Help please!

First, the main menu page has a weird "wwww" on the left hand side (I attached it for reference). The second thing is when I go into build mode into a lot that has a home already built, it disappears! And then when I go back to the world, it's gone! The third thing is if I go into a household that already is on a lot, and then go back into the world, the household disappears. I've updated all mods/cc, I've turn off mods/cc, I've deleted the localthumbnailcache.package, I've tested all my mods to see if that was the issue. Nothing is working/fixing it. Any ideas on what I can try next or is this an EA/Sims issue I have to wait for to be fixed?
