Issues with colours(build mode)

I have no idea what is happening I stumbled upon the Marble flooring and tried to use it for a lot but I'm having a huge problem the colours are inconsistent despite the fact I used to copy tool now half the floor is white marble as I selected and other parts are pink/purple or grey it’s definitely not a light colour issue as all the lights in the lot are set to the same setting can anyone help it’s making playing the game slightly annoying
