@coltsfan017 Even when you are installing lots of solar panels your Sims (or you) should still take som action in reducing the amount of energy your household uses. Try enhancing all the electronical equipment (tv, radio, computers kitchen stuff etc) by making it more energy efficient or cut down on the lighting your household uses. Use of the grid stuf. In build mode you will be able to see the energy and water efficiency of the products. I chose to use candle chandeliers and stuf from the Realm of Magic to light the house. And of course when you use the ground solar panels you have to enhance these too, as @jpkarlsen stated. As an extra you can try to change the rooftiles on your house too. All in all by doing so I turned my houses in very eco friendly and was able to cut down the bills.
Have fun playing. 😉

@coltsfan017 That looks quiet peculiar. Could you by any chance see a possibility to upload/attach a screenshot of the plot. I also have a lot in Sulani, the one of 50x50 tiles and it took me a lot of tinkering and adding to gain a positive eco footprint. I didn't notice any differences after the updates but I will keep my eyes open.
