@haiikkomuitnl You and your friend might not have the same mods, and it's not only script mods that affect gameplay.
Here's the very basic method of how to find out if your problems are caused by mods: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and/or rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving. You might need to test in a different household if you were using cooking mods or infant CC.
