It says 'Items removed' but all my mods are in my folder. HELP
So it all started when I noticed I needed to clear more storage in my pc. I deleted a lot, especially on my one drive not realizing it was going to delete everything physical in my pc. It took me a couple of days to get it all back, everything was normal except for Sims 4, I had to start over but luckily I had a back up folder for it; however, it hasn't been updated for a couple of months (the old deleted packages was still there). It was an easy fix. I started from scratch with a new household. I was building normal and playing normal until I've realized I forgot to delete more old files. My sim didn't have the 'sleep' option. I deleted the file but it was still there. So I decided to repair game (mod files were taken out and put in the backup files). I don't even know what I did afterwards because after it repaired and I logged back in to the game, it gave me this notification. There was another one but for create-a-sim. I've checked everywhere, even my one drive, and downloaded it all back from the recycle bin and trash but no luck. It would show some of the mods but my character has lost a lot of cc, along with some furniture. I've repaired it twice ever since that happened and now I don't know what to do. I tried doing the last exception (I don't even know if it's the legit one) and the last two picture is what it said. I don't know what it means.
@CerebralKidd96 Please make sure all your mods and cc files are in the folder the game is currently reading. Here's how to check:

If the items are in the correct folder but aren't loading in-game, please post a screenshot of the contents of the Mods folder. You don't need to post everything, just one or two frames so I get an idea.
And keep in mind that if you've saved with the content gone, you'll need to reapply all the cc or else load a backup save where the content was never missing.
