Items disappear once I buy them

I have the Pandasama birthing mod and when I buy the birthing pool or the nursing pillows, I "buy" them but they disappear. It takes my money, once I set it where I want it and press the okay, the item disappears and I can't find it anymore. Can anyone help with that?
