Items/counters going missing

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansions, stuff packs, and all kits except first fits kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? place objects in the house and leave lot a few times.
What happens when the bug occurs? I find that items are just gone.
What do you expect to see? objects and counters not to disappear constantly

I keep having items and objects disappear randomly when my sim leaves the lot. I have to keep putting on cheats just to be able to fix every lot my sim visits and it becoming very annoying. Its not just my sis house its EVERY LOT she goes to.
