July 2022 patch

I knew that there would be issues with the patch before High School Years came out, I do use CC and mods. But usually when I deleted a certain game file my game would go back to normal and I could play it(even though it had its minor issues it never crashed). Right now, I'm able to get onto my game, but the sim panel isn't in the right place, nor is it showing my sims. I'm not sure on how to fix this.

Try moving your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Once you've done that, test the game.
If it works normally, check for updates to your mods/CC. You can then add them back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

I hadn't removed the files, I just turned my mods off. There's no screen issues then, but issues with I'm guessing the pack and patch update, like teens asking my teen sims to be best friends, and I do mean more than one. When I reply no, because they already have a best friend then it goes straight to a dislike relationship/negative sentiment. Otherwise I'll just wait for the mods to be updated.
