Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
Also by crashing you mean the game closes and you're back on the desktop or it freezes ?
I follow the step, but it still stuck or freeze in same situation.
game doesn't close just freeze and become white screen.

Do you have issues with any type of lot ? If you go to the JA world, do the tables work there ?I re-install my game and run, I try in residential lot, I find some of the jungle objects is ok, but some of them will freeze.
and I travel to the jungle world, it's freeze.
I made it ! I try to delete the jungle dlc folder (GP06) in The Sims 4 folder and DLC folder, then re-download it. it's working!
thanks god now I can injoy with jungle dlc completely, and really thanks you to helping me solve this problem, crinrict, I can't solve this without you.
