I looked on the site where it is downloaded from, and there has been a new version released since the latest patches. The eyebrows weren't showing up in CAS. You will need to download and install new version. The link is

This is a link to an updated version of the eyelashes. Perhaps if you don't have the updated version, you could download it and see if that helps

- I have downloaded the "Kijiko" eyelashes more than five times. In the game it is in the script mods section and not the normal custom content section. Most of the lashes I have tried are the version 2. I have no idea why they dont work on CAS or in game but im a little sad about it.
