Kristopher Volkov can't use cursed bite interaction

So I used the "Ask to join household" interaction on Krisotpher Volkov to add him to my household. I am trying to get more werewolf points to give him some new abilities and I went to use the cursed ...

@madalaineporter    Hi!  I tested this in my game and saw something similar.  In your game, were the target sims dancing by chance?  The only times the interaction failed were when I clicked on a sim that was dancing.  Every other time the interaction completed normally for me.

I didn't notice if they were dancing. I will try again on a sim who is not dancing and see. Thanks!
