@simsking002 You'd need to buy a second copy of the game. One option is to order a physical copy from a country that receives the global version of Sims 4, for example Germany. You'd receive a product code to register in Origin, but I believe you might need to have your current base game copy removed from your account first. The code would work either way; I'm just saying the language lock might persist if you had both versions on your account.
Another option is to buy the base game in Steam. The reports I've read say that it's not language-locked, and you could install the base game through Steam and then download your existing packs from Origin. Steam has frequent sales where Sims 4 costs as low as $5 U.S., so it's a good option if you're willing to wait.
