larger family mod
I have the larger family mod from claudiasharon and have tex's as well, but for some reason it will not allow me to go past the 20 sim mark, I have the 25 sim family downloaded, perhaps it is counting...

Having two of the same type of mods in your game may be causing issues. They may be conflicting with each other. You may need to remove one of the mods. Try taking out one of the mods and see if that helps with your issues.
