@manubarsa: Your LE looks like you had custom careers installed and your Sims Ida, Espen, Evie and Lars were pursuing those careers. Those will cause LEs when you take them out. I don't know if they remain for longer though (or happen just once) as I never played with custom careers.
I'd try to give those 4 Sims new jobs and see whether this stops the LEs from occurring.
career_Adult_NPC_Butler_SP09 is a tuning xml made by EA. You can import it with Sims4Studio to any package you wish. But there's nothing wrong with that file. If it is mentioned in your LE, it just means that you either have a career or a butler mod conflicting with EA's tuning file.
