First of all, you should update your S4 game through Origin. You're some patches behind.
Note, that if you now update mods, most of them (like MCCC 5.2.0) are written for a higher game version than you run at the moment. So it might be kind of contraproductive to use up to date mods with an outdated Sims 4 installation. No wonder that you're facing problems.
