913735837 Have you checked if it's mod-related?  Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test.

    i turned off mods but its still not working so it is not mod related

      Are you on a Mac or a PC? Is the account an adult or a child account? And have you checked your Options or done any other test steps?
