Loading Screen Freezes after Exiting CAS to Live Mode

hello, I've been having trouble with this for quite some time now, I'm not sure when it started, but after some time, when going to edit my sim in CAS thru the hybrid mod (the sim I'm trying to edit is a Hybrid), the loading screen (the one that you go to whenever you Travel or enter CAS) after a few seconds it freezes, but the audio background music still go's until the music completes, then it goes completely silent. I've encountered this many times in the past and i can only exit the game and try again by Restarting my computer, it doesn't happen right away after a new game or Household, it usually happens once a week has completed ingame. the problem with this is that once it happens that household is basically unplayable at that point, especially with how random sims are assigned Cas Parts.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, or even knows what is causing it?

    I'm not exactly sure what you have going on but you mentioned a hybrid mod.  I assume that mod lets you have sims that are hybrids like an alien or vampire spellcaster.  If that is the case, you problem probably is caused by the mod.  The game does not allow that out of the box.  So, the first thing you need to do is to see if there is an update for the mod for the current game version.  It there is, that might solve the problem.  If not, you're going to have to remove it if you want the problem to go away.  And if you use other mods, you should probably check those as well and update those you can or remove those you can't update or otherwise verify that they work correctly with the current game version.
