@dereeciemon12 Better Exceptions itself isn't known to be working after the patch. The creator is on holidays.
See the Mod/CC Issues master post for information about tunable_perf errors. It's not possible for an outside tool or mod to identify the causes. That post tells you how to. Note that many of the affected mods will have been re-broken by last week's patch.
That issue isn't related to loading errors. Your start point for those is Broken/Updated Mods & CC . Presume that many, many mods that aren't listed there are broken.
