Unfortunately, there are *hundreds* of Sims mods. Any list out there could become quickly outdated, too, because of mods that don't work anymore. I would suggest perhaps starting with this thread - https://forums.ea.com/discussions/the-sims-4-mods-and-custom-content-en/what-are-the-mods-you-cannot-play-without/288519 (if the link isn't working, try copying and pasting) - and checking suggestions against the current lists of Broken mods at AHQ.
