Lot's information bug

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.112.481.1130 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all EP except latest three, all GP and SP, and some kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when open the lot's information in the world or in build/buy mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? information all become Ambiguous duet dance.
What do you expect to see? information change back and translated.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm try a lots of way to fix it but still not work, please help.
