Lots not playable - snowy escapes

Question

I am having trouble accessing lots in SIMS 4. For example in snowy escapes the ski slope is greyed out. I contacted EA and they suggested i uninstall and reinstall the game. I did that and it worked until my sim left the lot then it would not work again. I am using PC and my game is up to date and I meet the PC requirements to run the game with a strong internet connection. I have read a lot of the help and am baffled. Does someone have a link i can use to fix this. I am not very good with computers.&nbsp;

@cargc72  Any mods/cc in your game ?Do you mean the interactions are greyed out ? What does it say if you hover over the greyed out interactions ?

If I hover over it it gives me a description of what it is but is grayed out. I have that in other worlds too where if I hover over it I get a description of what that spit is but no option to travel to it.

I'm not sure what you mean by mods or cc - sorry I'm not very techy lol

@cargc72  Could you add a picture ?mods/cc are third party content you can add to your game. If you don't know what it is, you probably don't have  it.

Thank you. I did use a couple lots from the gallery but I was having issues before that.&nbsp;
