Main menu is bugged once custom content is enabled

The newest update since the 26th of May, I couldnt get past that creepy gross girl. My whole main menu was bugged once i enabled custom content. Once i disabled it and took everything out of my mods folder, it was fine? I like to play with mods preferably and this is really annoying. I cannot even start a new game or resume my game. Help would be nice? I cant even tinker with the settings everything's blank!
