Making Kijiko's Lashes appear on all Sims

I don't know if this is even possible, but I am wanting to make it so that Kijiko's 3-d lashes appear on all "Townies" the game creates by default so that I don't have to edit every household and add them myself. Is that possible? Thank you!

    yes it is; just open the mod on sims4studio, and check the tab 'Allow for Random', then save it, then random townies sims will use it (but not on 100% of times)

    but keep in mind this makes the game pretty laggy when you have like 5GB+ of mods, i disable all my CC to random generated sims.
