Male sims with feminine frames can't use most nail options/can't expand chests

I'm on PS4 with all of the most recent game updates, the chest expansion issue only started happening after I got the new pack while the nail problem has been an issue since the beginning of the year. 

To explain it, I can't expand the chests of my male sims inwards or outwards if they have the feminine physical frame.

With the nails only the carnival, wedding, and werewolf are showing up as options, I have to change them to masculine frames in order to get all options
