Manage households/can’t click sim in CAS

I updated my game last night and I hopped on later today to obviously get some gameplay in. I went to manage households so that I can edit any funny looking townies but literally no one under the ‘other households’ tab would load on their thumbnail. It constantly just spun for all households except the one I was playing. I tried to click on a random family to edit in CAS but when I got in, the family icon’s were just constantly spinning. I can’t click on the chosen sim to edit them besides their BIO info and spin them around but that’s it. I can’t access any of my clothes, I can’t edit the faces. Nothing. 

I’ve tried to take out my CAS mods to see what the issue may be but I’m still getting the same results so I’m removing all mods to see if something is conflicting.

I wanted to know if anyone else was having this issue or possibly a solution ? Thanks!
