Married sims wont woohoo or try for baby

When my sims were dating they couldn’t mess around as teenagers, couldn’t woohoo as young adults either. Now that they’re married, woohoo nor try for baby are showing up. they’re friendship and romance bars are very high, their sexual orientations match, yet nothing will work. I don’t understand what the issue is.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
