What mods do you use? I'm getting the same error and I'm curious if we use the same mods.
@madisonswagger I have a bunch of mods, mainly CC, but the script mods I have are: MCCC, Better Exceptions, PosePlayer, Life Tragedies, Mortem, and Pandasama. None of these are the cause of the error, since I followed the method to test my mods and none of them caused the error. It only occurs on my main save!
The only gameplay mod we have in common is PandaSama, assuming you're using the Childbirth Mod. Could be that but given that you said this wasn't an issue on your fresh saves, it is very bizarre! Like you said, it doesn't seem to affect much.
@Vampiiriic Please try this test:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
- Launch Sims 4
- Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
If it works, copy your mods back into the Mods folder (but not the old Resource.cfg file) and test again.
@luthienrising I did that, but it still didn't work... I'm guessing the save got corrupted for good.
- @pnunesss Odd discovery, but if you go into your save file (like go to play) then exit to main menu WITHOUT saying, you will not get the error message when you start up the save again.
