Does anyone know how to get the dresser cfg file in the mods folder? I have the center log and settings cfg files.

Have you given any Dresser instructions in Sims yet? The file probably isn't created until you do. It seems that the mod has been translated in many languages. How do I get the mod in the langage I want. There is no option to choose a langage when uploading.

I believe the mod just uses the language that your game is set to, if that language is available. It's all in the same file.

I have a few questions about the mod

For the moment I do not want the Sims in my game to become pregnant autonomously. How do I configure MCCommand to not generate those autonomous pregnancies?
Is there also a way to determine for each family the maximum number of children?

And if a Sim is pregnant can I determine the gender of the child?
