mc is "incompatable" with the new update despite having the latest version

ever since the new update, whenever i have mc installed the mods will disable. i've read the pop up and i assume is incompatable but i have the latest version installed ... i've tried everything and ...

@LittleHadlie This sounds like a possible installation issue. Try this:

  1. Delete MC Command Center
  2. Download a fresh copy of MCCC
  3. Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, then restart the game and exit
  4. Install MCCC in the newly created Mods folder and test
