MCCC issue with the game

so i was trying to load into my sims when i get a last exemption caught by mccc and i clicked on the report to see what the problem is and i see:[cijang] error occurred within the tag named 'zone_director' (value:V) (unavailable pack safe resource error), categoryID instance manager734... and that is causing my sims unable to sleep and bathe i had this problem before but it told me what needed to be fixed and i fixed it but its not telling me specifically what needed to be fixed can someone help because i don't understand what needs to be fixed
