I had the same problem but it affected my long term game because after testing on a new save to make sure all was ok I started my long term save but unfortunately I didn't notice that script had been turned off again and it didn't load mccc and messed up my whole game by aging up all my sims in probably 15 families. lol. and all the npc families.
