MD BetterSims mod - fails to load it's CityLiving package

Hi @Jyotai This is fine as a way to make a report! I haven't seen any reports of this in Midiar's Discord server. Do you get the same report if you remove all other mods and delete localthumbcache? It's a needed test before I list the mod more broken than it was (it was already listed with a known issue). Normally for an SP patch I'd test myself, but this one has been a bit much for time for that.  If I don't get back to you quickly it's because I have to be out a fair bit of the day today.
