Mean Interactions still occurring non-stop

I'm very much stuck on what on earth is causing this. I've got the SDX which supposedly fixed this, I've got Snowy Escape. I've tried with and without mods and yet my sims are continuously being mean or are getting mean interactions happening to them. I've had to use MCCC to turn autonomous mean interactions off, as its absolutely ridiculous how often this is happening.

I have Sims4Me's conversationtweak mod installed as well to get less mean autonomous interactions, yet its not worked even a little bit, sadly.

If anyone, ANYONE has anything resembling an idea or fix, please tell me. For now I'm having to stick to MCCC, which is a shame. It means I'll likely never get the aggressive toddler trait as my Sims can't autonomously do mean stuff without going overboard. When autonomous mean socials are disabled, its constant mischief socials which happen. So i never get a break.
