Memorial Portrait: Sims original face is showing

Question

So my sims' parents died.. I assigned a memorial portrait for their memorial display. However, the original faces of my sims were displaying. I don't know if this will help but I used the Generate a Family Tree by the Life Manager Mod to generate my sims' parents and grandparents. These were the generated faces by that mod.
So these are their edited faces

And these were their original faces before I edited them. This is what's displaying in the memorial portrait.

Could you please provide the following information

What platform are you playing ?
Does the same happen if you edit them with regular game means instead of mods (mods aren't supported)
Which scenario are you playing and does it happen without any scenario too ?

Is your laptop a Mac or Windows ?
Could you please test if the same happens without mods/cc. EA doesn't support issues created by mods.
