Mermaid face glitched. no mods

Hi, so ive been unable to find a fix, i just got the island living pack and the mermaid form is glitched, and face is gone. Ive removed all mods and repaired the game, it is still occurring 😅 I’m really unsure about what else I can do, any advice?
