Messages in Social Bunny are not working anymore

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you open the social Bunny in the Messages section
What happens when the bug occurs? It appears a message with a complete empty profile pic, and the name is Name Area with a message that said Post Area (x2) and it says it was sent 44min, and when i try to click on the emoji of the social bunny and then it appears the x, the o, the Y, the triangle, and the L1, R1, L2, R2 of the X-Box controller in secuence
What do you expect to see? The messages that my contacts in the social bunny have sent my Sim...
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
