Miscellaneous skin tones not visible

So I have an alien sim that I’m trying to make (I don’t have the game pack but I use cc for him) but each time I check to see the miscellaneous options the label is slid to the far right and below it is completely empty. Please help 😭😭 (sorry for the bad explanation I’ll clarify anything I can in the comments, and leave an example below.)
