Missing a sim in family (new game)

Rarely (0% - 9%)What is your current game version number? 1.93.146.1020What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Sims 4Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure. What happens when the bug occurs? My sim member is disappeared. She exists because I saw her in the beginning, but then she leaves and I have tried interacting with her but it didn't work. What do you expect to see? My family member in the family member bar and in the game. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure&nbsp;‌I made a family, but when I go into the game it only shows 2/3 sims. I originally saw the third sim (which is actually the first sim I made in the family) when I started to play. However, she left and I haven't been able to get her back. I am not sure what to do as it only shows I have 2 sims and she isn't even in my relationship bar. Also, it still shows her as part of the family when I look at the portrait or go to move them. I already made a house for them so I don't really want to restart, but if that's my only option I get it. Thank you in advance for the help. I would just redo it all now, but I don't know if it is going to happen again.&nbsp;&nbsp;

@beautifulbelleHi, thereFirst, I'd like to confirm a few things.1. are you playing on a PC? (Since it says "Consol" in the confirmation box for use of mods/CCs.)2. You are playing the base game only, with no expansion packs or anything else?3. Do you have "NeighborhoodStories" turned on?4. Can you see the missing sims in the household management panel of the World Manage screen?Please tell me those above.I would like to confirm these four things before moving on.

I'm having the same issue with one of the children in my household. 1 of the 2 kids disappeared from the bottom panel when I tried to send them off to school. My child sim is still in the house, but because she's not the control panel I can only use the space bar to toggle to her and the rest of the family. I can't even access her inventory or send both of the kids to school. Not sure what to do either, but hopefully someone can help you.

@BritenaeHi, thereIt has been about 4 hours since you posted and the problem is still not resolved?Looking at your attached image, it appears that the sim has already gone to school.The problem is that the sims that should have gone to school are at home. Have you tried to end the task in the queue by clicking on it? Couldn't you do it?If your Sim is doing something at school time, he/she may not come to school until the activity is finished. In that case, the action to go to school should remain in the queue. Then, the "Go to School" button should appear in the career panel. But in your image, there is no such button."I can't even access her inventory or send both of the kids to school," you write. What about the other child's queue or carrier panel?Please tell us what did you do after you posted here. And add the below things.1. the platform you are playing on2. if you are playing on a PC/Mac, are you using a mod/CC?Those are important things to know about the more detail your issue the way you will be able to get the more suitable reply for resolve.
