Missing Add-ons

I got a new computer and was able to download the Sims 4 game but none of my add-ons were included in the download. I had quite a few too. I have tried contacting EA with no help because they don't have a number to talk to someone. I no longer have the email address that I purchased my add-ons with. 

Has anyone else encountered this and if so how to do I get them back?
