Missing Face Details in CAS

Hello,

I recently downloaded some custom content to include in my game, however, I couldn't find where it was located. I contacted the creator to ask where to find it, and she said they could be found under cheek details. I went back into CAS and realized that I am missing that icon, and several others, under the face category. This has always been the case, but I am just now learning that this isn't normal. I assumed that it was a mod that people have downloaded to make finding custom content easier. I included a screenshot of what my game looks like, and how I am missing several icons. I removed all of the customer content from my game to make sure it wasn't the issue, started a new game, and they still would not appear. The only option I am not missing is the eye details.
