@Twijger Hi! You get the floor lights by crafting them on the Fabricator (level 5 Fabrication skill + 55 bits / 20 pieces). You can find the TVs by dumpster diving. These items won't show in Build/Buy without a cheat. If you're not opposed to using cheats, you can input the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat and then use the filter for the Eco Lifestyle pack. All the fabricated items and discoverable items (like the floor lights and TVs) will then show up in the menu along with the other BB items. Hope this helps!
