Missing many objects from live edit and debug

So years later and this issue has come back. A few times honestly. Past few times the issue seemed to fix itself. However I need debug to work for a build and such have been trying to fix it. Only issue is, the moving/renaming the sims file didn't work. I also have repaired all files and the issue is still there. It's the same issue aswell, all debug except stangerthings isn't showing.

I also have redownloaded my twisted maxis mods, and have been pretty good about going about sims updates. So I'm not sure how to fix this.
