Missing RPO global Settings in the Relationship and pregnancy overhaul Mod

Hey, 

I just installed Lumpinou's RPO mod. I unzipped the file and moved the new file into the Mods folder. When I launch the game, the mod appears in the list of installed mods. However, when I play with my current household and open the tab for relationships, family, and pregnancy, neither the global RPO settings nor the general management options are displayed. Can anyone help me?
