Missing Sims Delivery Content

Hello, recently my hard drive died on me so i had to start from scratch. i re-downloaded the game and all packs/ add ons. For some reason sims deliveries never re-downloaded and it says i have the latest even tho they are nowhere in my game. I already repaired the game and i also reset the user folder. I looked in the content folder and it only has one thing in it. help pls!

    @GooeyMarshM3llo  Sims Deliveries are for content that doesn't need to part of a proper patch.  So it can be deployed when it's ready rather than waiting for the next patch cycle.  However, for the next patch, the content is added to the game's program files and removed from the Content folder.

    There is currently no available SDX, so the Content folder should be empty other than the one small file.  You're not missing anything.
