Hi @2009090220142911 and @Tha_RedDahlia You probably have an outdated version of UI Cheats Extension. You can update that! Be sure to delete localthumbcache. And check the Broken/Updated Mods for other mods that you need to remove or update.
Since the last patch I got a problem with child and teen Sims not being able to use computers or laptops. I can click them, but no menu will appear. It works fine for toddlers (with their specific interactions) and young adults and older. I do use a few Mods and CC (only CAS CC). I updated all mods I could find updates for (including UI Cheats and MCCC). So I took out my mods one by one and the issue does not appear, when I take out adeepindigos Education Overhaul. Today there was an update for this mod, which I downloaded, but the issue still appears when I use the mod. Could it be an interference with another mod or just a bug adeepindigo missed? Is anybody else experiencing this?
Hi @lymania You're on today's new version of that mod? That's a complex mod to install with a long list of conflicts. You can remind yourself of the installation details (make sure you have both required mods it depends on) and check the conflict list on adeepindigo's itchio page for the mod. If you don't have any of those conflicts and your installation is fine, test the mod alone (even on a new save).
I just resolved a previous issue with my saves not working and reinstalled my script mods into my game, only to find my UI is glitched out! For reference, I'm currently using and just updated MC Command center, MC woohoo, UI cheats extension, TOOL and Better Build Buy (public version). I'm also running the game on Mac. Does anyone know which of those could be causing this?
Hi @natalier98 That looks like UI Cheats Extension didn't actually get updated to the newest version. Check if you have the newest version and not a duplicate in there, and make sure to delete the localthumbcache file.
