My sims 4 won't load or work past cas, what's wrong with it? Nothing wants to load and whenever I try to make a character and continue to gameplay it stays on the loading screen foreverrrrrrr, like it will not load past that. It also doesn't work when I try playing a game I already created. Also, whenever I try to close the Sims 4 window, it won't close and I have to shut down my pc just to exit the app.
