Please describe I can launch the sims 4, but everytime I launch it the game says "game loading in progress" and it stays that way. I can't save anything or go into build mode as a result.

Summarize your bug I can launch the sims 4, but every time I launch it the game says "game loading in progress" and it stays that way. I can't save anything or go into build mode as a result. This continues until I exit the game and then reoccurs every time I relaunch it. I've tried repairing the game, uninstalling and then reinstalling it, updating it, creating a new save file you name it. Tech support said to create a forum to see if that could get me answers.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? Game progress can't be saved and build mode can't be reached
What do you expect to see? Game loading in progress everytime I hover my mouse over the build mode icon or the save icon when I try and exit the game
Game fails to save and allow access to build mode once launched
