Mod for placing windows above each other and above door arches?

The way that the game's engine is coded, it allows for only one cutout (window/door/etc.) to be in any given wall tile at a time, per level/floor. The only way to work around that is to make custom sets of what you desire, and changing the object's cutout to reflect the additions.

It would be great if it were otherwise, though!
