What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? almost all of them except for journey to batu and a couple kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When going into buy per room, everything is appearing under a single tab. Example when you click the bed you get plants, debug cars, basically its not filtered out, and when i go into Search by item its fine but my Custom Content isn't showing up.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. updating the game and downloading the new pack.
